Meet the agents
Regulaido is not one AI — it is an orchestrator that hands your request to specialist agents, each with its own tools, focus and guardrails. You never have to pick one: Regulaido chooses for you.

SLR & Research Agent
PRISMA systematic literature reviews and PICO searches in days, not months.
Runs the full SLR workflow end to end: builds PubMed and MeSH queries, imports the results, screens thousands of titles and abstracts against your inclusion and exclusion criteria, fetches full-text PDFs, screens the full texts, and extracts structured data into a review-ready table. Your experts stay in control — every decision can be inspected and overridden.
How you use it (SLR & Literature): Describe the review question and criteria in chat. Regulaido hands the workflow to the Research Agent, which reports progress at every stage — search, abstract screening, full-text screening, extraction — and waits for your sign-off where it matters.
Document Researcher
Deep answers from 10,000 pages — with clickable citations.
Researches across your own document library: SharePoint folders, uploaded CSRs, guidelines, and publications. It searches many files at once, cross-compares findings, and reports back with citations that open the exact highlighted passage in the source PDF — grounded answers instead of guesswork.
How you use it (Your library): Ask any evidence question in chat. When the answer requires searching across many documents, Regulaido delegates to the Document Researcher, which returns a synthesized, fully cited briefing.
Internet Researcher
Current evidence from the web, PubMed, and ClinicalTrials.gov.
Searches the open web, PubMed, and ClinicalTrials.gov for up-to-date guidance and evidence. It processes full pages into citeable sources and can import them straight into your project library — and it only goes online with your explicit approval.
How you use it (Live sources): Ask for anything your library does not contain yet — new guidance, competitor trials, recent publications. You approve the web access once per request; imported sources become citeable project documents.
Document Editor
Submission-ready drafts in your own templates.
Edits Word documents directly: fills your templates, writes and revises sections, builds and patches tables, inserts figures from source PDFs, and verifies that every placeholder is complete before saving. The output is a real .docx in your house style — not a copy-paste from chat.
How you use it (Word documents): Open a document in the project and describe the edit. Regulaido delegates the work to the Document Editor, which makes the changes, double-checks completeness, and saves a new version you can track.
PowerPoint Agent
Decks in your corporate theme, built from your evidence.
Creates and reworks presentations directly in your slide templates: duplicates existing layouts, writes slide content from source documents, adds editable charts and graphics, reorders decks, and cleans up formatting — so the result looks like your team made it.
How you use it (Presentations): Point it at a source document and your deck. It reuses your layouts and fills them with content, keeping every element editable in PowerPoint afterwards.
Writing Reviewer
A second pair of expert eyes on every draft.
Reviews scientific and regulatory prose for clarity, structure, terminology, and tone. It delivers a structured critique — or a full rewrite — so drafts read like they were written by your most careful senior writer.
How you use it (Quality): Paste or reference a draft and ask for a review. Regulaido hands it to the Writing Reviewer, which returns prioritized findings and concrete rewrites you can accept or reject.
G-BA Reviewer
AMNOG argumentation, stress-tested before submission.
A specialist for German benefit-assessment dossiers: it checks G-BA / AMNOG argumentation for unsupported claims, weak reasoning, and presentation issues — flagging exactly where an assessor would push back, before the dossier goes out.
How you use it (Market access): Reference a dossier module and ask for a review. The G-BA Reviewer traces each claim to its evidence and reports every gap with the location and a suggested fix.
Custom Agents
Build specialists for the way your team works.
Create your own agents: give one a name, instructions, a tool set, and reference documents — your style guide, SOPs, or a template library — and Regulaido will delegate to it just like a built-in. Keep agents personal or share them across your organization.
How you use it (Your own): Open the agent manager, describe what the specialist should do, attach its reference material, and enable it. From then on you can invoke it in any chat — or let Regulaido pick it automatically.
See the agents on your own documents
The best way to understand what the agents can do is to watch them work on a real dossier, CSR, or review question from your team. Book a demo and bring your hardest task.

Hedging weakens the claim — state the effect size and significance directly.
